1. In as much details as possible, what is the correct wand movement for “wingardium leviosa” charm? What else is important to get the spell correct?

Being caught could also result is a deduction of house points. Your anser length can be anywhere from 1 sentence to one paragraph (2-5 sentences). Nothing longer is needed.
Double posting is allowed, if no one else has posted in at least 15 hours.

Wingardium Leviosa
1. In as much details as possible, what is the correct wand movement for “wingardium leviosa” charm? What else is important to get the spell correct?
It is important to make sure you swish and flick the wand before the incantation. Your wrist movement plays a crucial role in casting the charm. Also, you need to be patient to perform it. One must be very clear of the incantation. You cannot make the object levitate if not pronounced as "win-GAR-dee-um-lev-ee-OH-sa"

Winguardium Leviosa!
1.In as much details as possible, what is the correct wand movement for “wingardium leviosa” charm? What else is important to get the spell correct? The correct wand movement for the levitation charm is a properly executed swish and flick movement. It looks similar to a sideways number 2. Starting, the witch or wizard would move the tip of their wand slightly to the left before rounding up and swishing to the right and flicking upwards. It is also important to practice precision with the wand movements and pronunciation for the charm to work. The spell also requires patience. Without patience, the spell will fail as the caster becomes more and more frustrated.

Wingardium Leviosa!

Would larger objects take more effort (more mental effort or magical effort)? If your intention was off, could you levitate the wrong thing or would you simply levitate nothing? I think intention is necessary with any spell, as you have to intend to lift the object up and levitate it. I do think larger objects would take more effort, but not in the typical mental or magical effort way; I think it would require more patience. Patience is key to this spell, as I said with question one, and without it, the spell can fail. I do think you can levitate the wrong item or nothing at all, because it happens with first years. I think the reason this spell is taught to first years is because it is an easy way to teach students patience. Many spells will require more patience than this one and learning early on to be patient would be very helpful.

1. In as much details as possible, what is the correct wand movement for “wingardium leviosa” charm? What else is important to get the spell correct? The correct wand movement is swish and flick. To do the correct wand movement the caster of the spell must focus on the movement of the wrist as this is crucial to the effectiveness of the spell. Other important things to do for the Wingardium Leviosa charm is to make absolutely sure that the caster says the incantation correctly. The caster must be totally focused and have a great deal of patience.
