Prompt: In The Broom Cupboard
And the winner is:
Amanda Remmings!
Here's the winning drabble:
How amazing it was that Draco Malfoy was being kissed in a broom closet, with his foot in a mop bucket, not caring about anything but the one who he was snogging…
How remarkable it was that Draco Malfoy was kissing a girl that could resemble Millicent Bullstrode, because he had been pulled backwards into a dark closet whilst patrolling the halls after curfew, and not care...
How marvelous it was that Draco Malfoy did not care if even Potter was roaming around after curfew; because he felt not like a foul loathsome evil little cockroach, but some one… loveable.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Accidental Magic
And the winner is:
Goten0040
Here's the winning drabble:
Severus Snape was fear stricken.
The book fell to the ground with a loud thud, and he fell back against the wall, trembling. “What did I… what did I do?”
His heart slammed against his chest. He couldn’t understand how it managed to float towards him. He couldn’t understand how he’d caused it to hit his father in the back of the head. He hadn’t even grabbed it. Tears dotted his eyes.
“It’s perfectly normal,” his father muttered, though he appeared irritated.
“Loathsome little monster!” his mother yelled, scattering away. “Just like your father! JUST LIKE YOUR FATHER!”
He cried
- - - - - -
Prompt: Flying
And the winner is:
Chorin
Here's the winning drabble:
The breeze felt good on his face as he flew away. Who would have thought that something as simple as flying would have made him as happy as he was at that moment? But it wasn’t only flying that was making him giddy. He had just seen his godson, Harry Potter, for the first time in 13 years. That in itself made all his pain and suffering at Azkaban bearable. Of course, it helped that he got to see Remus again as well. But, right now, Sirius Black was flying away from Hogwarts castle without a care in the sky.
Please take a moment to congratulate all the winners, for writing such wonderful drabbles. As our motto goes, go and enter the new challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: The Final Battle
And the winner is:
SacredFem
Here's the winning drabble:
The battle was futile. The death eaters knew it. The Aurors knew it. Hell, even Bellatrix knew it.
But Voldemort wouldn’t stand for it. It was his battle. His world. His choice to become a dark lord. He didn’t have to.
He could have stayed at the orphanage until he turned seventeen. He could have graduated from Hogwarts; gone off to work for the Ministry. He could have made something more of himself.
But he wanted to be in the history books. He wanted to be remembered.
Everyone knew the battle was futile.
And Voldemort had to stand for it.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Touch
And the winner is:
Chorin
Here's the winning drabble:
Wood had never felt so warm before. Harry Potter had felt the touch of wood many times in his life, whether it be in the form of the mantle that he was dusting, a paddle on his rear as Vernon beat him, or a pencil between his fingers. But, this wood, this wand, was so much more than just a thin piece of wood. This wand was the only link that he had to his parents and was also the symbol of a new life away from the Dursley’s. In this wood, Harry could feel the future and the past.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Winter
And the winner is:
AutumnBreeze
Here's the winning drabble:
The icy wind bit at her as she walked. Her cheeks were cherry red, as was her nose. She hadn’t bothered with a warming charm, wanting to feel the cold of winter.
So many had died during the war. But, in the end, she had gotten her son back, relatively safe and unharmed.
Her trek across these cold grounds was for the people who didn’t live, for the people who never got their children back, for the people who never saw their parents alive again. It was for the people who survived the war.
And the people lost in it.
All the drabbles were simply amazing! Congratulations to all the winners! Now, go and check out the new challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Love
And the winner is:
Amanda Remmings
Here is the winning entry:
He told himself it wouldn’t hurt.
So he sent the Basilisk; whose eyes were beautifully deadly.
He didn’t love her…
Restless in his sleep, images of her danced across his mind.
Her beautiful skin against his.
Maybe he could learn to love?
But he had not yet made it half way when he came to a standstill…
And he turned away…
He was dead inside.
With great love, comes great pain...
His gift to her would not hurt...
She would never have to be hurt by love again.
Her pain would soon be over...
But his would last an eternity...
- - - - - -
Prompt: Double Drabble o' Death
And the winner is:
Softness
Here is the winning entry:
Hypocrite.
That’s what he was and he knew it.
He spoke wisely of “the next adventure” as if death wasn’t going to hurt.
He told his students they weren’t to fear it.
He was a liar.
He was dying and he was scared.
He was moments away from this so-called adventure and he suddenly wanted to stay right where he was on Earth.
He had been disgusted at the idea of splitting one’s soul, but that didn’t seem quite so horrific now. At least it kept Death from opening her doors.
He briefly entertained thoughts of running.
He would still die someday, though, and he would simply be alone when that day came if he ran.
He would do anything to cheat her.
He would offer Death a bribe, another being, a sacrifice.
He really didn’t want to offer himself.
He really didn’t want to die.
He really didn’t want his two favorite sons to remember him as a hypocrite.
He put on his serene, unnervingly calm face.
He pretended to beg for his life, as one in his situation would do.
He gave his elder son a look that said he wasn’t afraid.
He trembled in fear.
He waited.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Fun
And the winner is:
AutumnBreeze
Here is the winning entry:
Fun. He had never quite known what that word meant. His father had always expected the best out of him, simply because… and his mother just wanted to please his father. Therefore, he was pushed into learning at a very young age.
Fun? He had never known it.
But sitting here, on a swing, with Lily Evans, was the most fun he had ever had. He was even laughing as he swung high and low, and he and Lily had a contest to see who could jump the furthest…
Yes. This was “fun”.
As always, please take a moment to congratulate the winners. Now go and check out the new challenge for a chance to earn some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Dark
And the winner is:
almagloriosa
Here is the winning entry:
He's trying to open his eyes, but he cannot. They won't open. Why won't they open?
Then he realizes: they are already open. There is nothing for them to see. He squeezes them shut, opens them, squeezes them shut, again and again. Tears form in his eyes with nary a blurry world for him to observe in his despair.
The darkness is endless and absolute. The visions in his mind take over; they contain no light. They are feelings and sounds. Harry screams; dies. The other prisoners scream; die.
Draco wonders if this darkness is his life or his death.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Fear
And the winner is:
almagloriosa
Here is the winning entry:
"Foolish Gryffindor," Snape hisses. "Perhaps you should be afraid."
Inside him exists more fear than Snape could ever imagine. He fears Voldemort. No; he fears not being able to defeat Voldemort. He fears leaving the others to a fate overtaken by darkness. He fears the darkness already inside.
He chose to become a Gryffindor; he begged not to become a Slytherin. Was he choosing bravery, or did he fear what would happen if he did not?
"Bravery is not the absence of fear ..."
He repeats these words to himself. He fears what must be true, if they are not.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Halloween
And the winner is:
serpentine17ice
Here is the winning entry:
‘Great costume, Mister!’ says a boy passing by. His eager smile fades away when he sees what is underneath your hood.
You sigh sadly and resume walking, until you reach your destination.
You kneel beside their graves.
Your eyes prick and hurt slightly. Angrily, you rub at them. Your parents, your scar, your disfigurement – hiding not from people, but from yourself.
The last enemy that shall be destroyed is Death.
‘I miss you,’ you whisper to the air.
To them.
And you feel slightly happier, because it is Halloween – when spirits and humans mix – you know that they can hear.
This was a first in the history of drabble challenge. Someone won back to back drabble challenges! Please take a moment to congratulate the winners and go check out the latest challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Blood
And the winner is:
Softness
Here is the winning entry:
“Don’t.”
You shudder as she pleads. Begs. She never begs. She begs now. Bellatrix begs.
“You’re better…”
You turn. Slice your palm with a dagger. Red flows…
“This?.. is not better. It is the same as Ted's.”
“He is dirty,” she hisses. “You are pure. You are not the same.”
You hold a vial.
“This is his,” you whisper. “Look… they are the same. All blood is pure.”
She considers you. Than shakes her head.
“Pure filth. His blood is filth.”
You tremble. Turn, and drop blood into a vial. Turn again. His and yours.
“Which one is mine?
Silence.

Prompt: Family
And the winner is:
Chorin
Here is the winning entry:
Ginny looked up at him, her face flushed and tired, but a proud smile on her face. Harry waited, barely breathing, as the Healer wrapped his son in a blanket. The baby whimpered, and the Healer laid the squirming bundle on Ginny’s chest.
Harry leaned down, lightly tracing his son’s cheek with his finger. He would make sure this child knew only love, only happiness. “He’s perfect, Ginny,” he whispered, his voice breaking.
“He has your eyes,” she whispered, folding back the blanket.
“So this is what it’s like,” Harry said suddenly. At Ginny’s questioning look, he said, “A family.”
- - - - - -
Prompt: Sight
And the winner is:
lookingformydraco
Here is the winning entry:
He stared at the view in front of his steel-colored eyes. Hermione Granger was enduring the Cruciatus. The look of sheer torture that he could see in her eyes was so pronounced that he could almost feel her pain.
He almost broke in that moment. He almost felt as if no one, not even the Mudblood, deserved to feel what she was feeling at that moment. Almost.
She shot him a look that clearly said, “Please help me,” and it was the only time she ever looked at him without contempt. It was a look that Draco Malfoy never forgot.

Prompt: Double Drabble o' War
And the winner is:
AutumnBreeze
Here is the winning entry:
The wind whipped through her hair as she stared down at the battlefield. It was disgusting—she could hear cries of pain, cries for help, cries for someone—anyone—to save them… But no one would save them. This was war. She knew that. They knew that. But still they called.
She sighed and turned around, preparing to leave to go back to her safe house. And then everything went dark.
When she next woke up, she was in a prison cell. A filthy man sat in chains next to her—she examined him more closely, and then slowly closed her eyes. She fell asleep.
Pain. That was what she was experiencing—pain. They were torturing her—trying to get the answer out of her… she didn’t want to tell them anything, she shouldn’t tell them anything…
She began calling for someone to save her, someone—anyone… and like she didn’t respond to their calls, no one responded to her.
She screamed herself hoarse, just calling for someone to save her from this place. No one came. No one would come. She knew that. Yet… she still called. And called. And called.
She was suffering from the price of war.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Fire
And the winner is:
Danya
Here is the winning entry:
Leaving
He stares into the crackling flames. Fire is a treacherous beast. Prometheus should not have given it so indiscriminately.
He turns to his empty study. Is this the right decision? He has an obligation to his students. No, he has gone over this. He cannot stand by and teach those… those… ignorant animals who killed his family.
He places a stone jar on his desk, lifts the lid, grabs the blue powder inside. He throws it into the flames, steps in and out unscathed. He smiles, a bittersweet expression. None of his students will suffer the fate of his children.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Hope
And the winner is:
AutumnBreeze
Here is the winning entry:
It was just one smile.
One measly, little smile, but yet that one smile installed such hope in him—he should know better, but yet… It started the day the substitute teacher came to his second grade class. She was so nice to him… and he found himself becoming more and more attached, until he finally told her everything.
About himself. His family. His bullying cousin. His mean Aunt Marge. And his horrible home—the abusive people he had been put with.
The smile she gave him made him feel hope—maybe, just maybe, someone would save him after all.
Please take a moment to congratulate the winners, and then go and check out the new challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Celebration
And the winner is:
lukekenobi
Here is the winning entry:
His birth was not heralded with pride and joy in the papers
His father did not carry him in his arms to show him to photographers like his grandfather had done to his son, and his great-grandfather before that.
He was not born in a manor, but in a simple country cottage.
He had neither riches nor fame, but he had the greatest treasure in the world, though he didn’t yet know it – two people, tired but happy after a night of labour and delivery, bending their heads close together to celebrate the arrival into this world of Scorpius Malfoy.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Holidays
And the winner is:
Chorin
Here is the winning entry:
“Ginevra!” Molly yelled at Ginny, “Put those boxes away before Fred and George arrive with your father. You know your brothers are only going to try to figure out what is in them.” With her piece being said, the Weasley matriarch turned back to the stove, magically stirring the dressing that she knew was Harry’s favorite.
Holidays. They certainly were times of stress and strife at Molly’s house, but they always had been. But, this year was going to be different. Harry Potter was coming for Christmas. She knew she had to make Harry’s first real holiday wonderful. For Lily.

Prompt: New Beginnings
And the winner is:
Ellary Shale
Here is the winning entry:
Her posture portrays newfound confidence, her stride one of purpose; both drastically different from the defeated and mourning one she possessed upon entering the hidden room with her classmates. This young woman is finally atop her own inner battle - the difficult battle and process of moving on...
Moving on from lost loves. Moving on from constant reminders and now hollow memories. Moving on from self-destructing promises.
And moved on Cho has - she has given herself a new start and chance at love. Finally, to her confused, forlorn mind, it seems as if new beginnings are again within her grasp.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Vengeance
And the winner is:
AutumnBreeze
Here is the winning entry:
“Who wants me to take his pants off?”
James Potter smiled winningly at everyone as they chanted, over and over, “TAKE HIS PANTS OFF!”
The noise, of course, attracted a Professor before he could actually do anything. He hadn’t really been about to do it—he had been waiting for a Professor to be informed.
But he had finally gotten Snape back for blowing up his cauldron in Potions. His vengeance was complete, until Snape got him back.
The cycle would continue for years. Snape would get vengeance, James would get vengeance. It went on and on . . .
- - - - - -
Prompt: Chocolate
And the winner is:
coiledheart
Here is the winning entry:
They tell me that chocolate is considered an aphrodisiac in the muggle world. They must know what they're talking about, because when I look at you, I see chocolate made flesh. Your eyes are drowning pools of rich, sinful, dark chocolate. Your skin such divinely smooth white chocolate. Your hair is spun milk chocolate, swirling down around your face in sinful curls and finally resting on your shoulders. Every strand keeps me tantalized and I just want to grab hold of those sinful curls and taste your skin to see if you really do taste like my new favorite aphrodisiac.

Prompt: Photograph
The winner incidentally is the same person who inspired this prompt:
Goten0040
Here is the winning entry:
He holds a photo in his hands.
It is yellowed and crunching with age, and it shakes in his hands. He bites his lip, glancing into the emerald eyes that have faded into age, the last wisp of memories clinging to the smiling face. He holds the picture to his chest, as if it will somehow magically move through his skin; into his heart where the person resides. Tears flow down his cheeks in silence.
It is all that’s left of her. That smile will no longer grace the planet.
Somehow, he feels that it is all his fault.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Laughter
And the winner is:
Emma
Here is the winning entry:
He heard a noise. A noise he didn't know.
He shook his head, wishing the noise to stop.
But it didn't. It didn't stop. He cursed, slamming his fist down upon the table.
It was laughter. Joyful laughter. Cursed, happy laughter.
The louder it grew, the more anxious and angry the man got. He couldn't concentrate with the ugly noise!
For a moment, he had a thought. A thought that scared him.
He was afraid of laughter. He had never laughed. He slammed his fist down again, hard enough to scatter his papers.
He pushed the thought away. Lord Voldemort wasn't afraid of anything.

Prompt: Long Time No See
And the winner is:
Goten0040
Here is the winning entry:
He was casually sipping at his tea when I walked in. It shocked me for a moment, seeing him outside our element. He caught my eye immediately, gazing at me as if he’d never seen me before. Perhaps he didn’t recognize me. It had been many years since we’d last exchanged glances, and our glances had always been somewhat more of glares. He blinked; then stood and approached me.
“Hello, Malfoy,” he said. “Long time no see.”
A moment passed, one in which I actually felt ashamed of myself.
“Hello, Potter,” I said.
For the first time, we shook hands.
Please take a moment to congratulate these writers, and then go and check out the new challenge to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Time Heals All Wounds
And the winner is:
Morwen Eruviel
Here is the winning entry:
“Look!” Ginny pointed up to the clear night sky. “There’s Orion!”
Teddy followed her finger, then bounced a bit. “I see the belt! Harry, d’you see?”
Teddy's godfather smiled and nodded, then turned his eye to another constellation.
To the lower left, Canis Major faithfully followed Orion, but it was the brilliant star in the dog’s chest that held Harry’s attention.
Sirius.
Harry thought of his own godfather, waiting beyond the veil, but his grief no longer carried the same bite.
He smiled at his wife and godson; his family.
Time wasn’t healing him, Harry realized.
It was Life.

Prompt: Time
And the winner is:
Le General Prongs
Here is the winning entry:
She never had enough time for all that she wanted to do. She wanted to help this person, do this piece of homework, read this book. She wanted to spend time with the boys, laugh with them, and get into trouble with them.
Then she had even more classes, even more teachers to please. She wouldn’t admit to needing the help, but she would gladly take it if it was offered.
She needed something magical, her own personal miracle, so that she could live her life, but do all that she felt needed to be done.
- - - - - -
Prompt: Double Drabble o' Change
And the winner, with an amazingly creative entry is:
Satire
Here is the winning drabble:
He had paid for this failure. Not necessarily metaphorically.
His Knuts might have been the sheer amount of time spent in planning, strategizing, and executing. It had taken the entire school year for his plan to fully mature.
His Sickles might have been the copious risk involved. He’d been surrounded by pithy Light side avengers - capture would have been worse than just failure. Not only would’ve the Dark Lord still been after him, but he’d have been punished and penalized by the Light side. ‘Light side’ wasn’t a synonym for ‘torture-free’.
Right now, he was free from both sides.
His Galleons… His family.
He’d been attempting to hoard his Galleons by paying out his Sickles and Knuts, but those hadn’t been enough. The price for failure and/or success (depending on the side) had been higher than anticipated. He was a pauper, but in a much worse way than he’d ever teased Weasley for.
But wait, was that everything?
No. There was still his life for the seizing. His life, a last small payment to the Dark Lord for his failure - or to the Light side for his ‘success’.
Something told Draco Malfoy he wouldn’t be receiving any change.
This proves that creativity does count, so keep those creative hats on, folks! Now go and check out the new challenge, for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Rain
And the winner is:
Mercury
Here is the winning entry:
Draco looked down at her. The moon gave the blood that covered her body a surreal sight. She was broken, Draco thought. Her spirit crushed, her beauty stolen, replaced by crimson blood. Luna was dead.
Indifferent rain fell down upon them, soaking his blond hair, his dark cloak and cleaning his hands of unwanted crime. Blood mixed with rain and cleansed the world. It brought back Luna’s pale beauty and restored life within her. As a white queen she rested upon the ground and Draco allowed his silver tears to mingle with the rain.
He would forever be her king.

Prompt: If Only
And the winner is:
Esir
Here is the winning entry:
Godric's Hollow was always quiet this late at night. Everyone tried to escape nightmares by hiding from the sunset. Wanted to ignore the war going on. The owls with the condolences came with the stars.
I prefer the night. It makes me invisible. No hopeful looks. No blame. Nothing.
And yet I also curse it. The darkness reminds me of myself. It reminds me of all the people who have died because of me. Of everything I have destroyed. Even my footsteps disrupt the purity of the snow that is falling.
If only I had never been born at all.

Prompt: Stress
And the winner is:
Mercury
Here is the winning entry:
Brewing was a rather difficult and stressful process. It required subtlety and delicate care. Snape believed he possessed such qualities. Cooking, however, was something quite different than brewing. Subtlety and delicate care weren't required. A teapot apparently was.
Like brewing, cooking was stressful, Snape mused, as he burned his hands on the hot tea, dropping the teabag. It was also seriously underrated.
Snape carefully put his succesfully completed cup of tea in front of his young student, who took it with trembling hands. Weary eyes looked at him in wonder.
“These are stressful times, Mr. Potter.”
The boy just nodded.
Ravenclaw clearly showcased their talent in this...now go and check out the latest challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some glory!

Prompt: Under The Sorting Hat
Another first in Drabble Challenge history - we have a tie this week!
The winners of this week's drabble challenge are:
AutumnBreeze
With this drabble:
Interesting. You have a brilliant mind, young one.
He frowned under the large hat and answered, Don’t call me a young one, you old geezer.
The hat chuckled in his ear and said, With that cheek, you could be a Gryffindor. In fact, you might fit in any House very well…
I would much rather be in Gryffindor than anywhere else, he suggested.
No… I have a better place for you…
“SLYTHERIN!”
Albus Dumbledore frowned as he hopped off the stool and headed for the House of Snakes.
And Narya
With this drabble:
What would you think of yourself if you noticed that the way the world spins sometimes depends on that only decision you took a September years ago?
Year and year the students come to this hall, fearing what is waiting for them at the end of the sorting. Year and year I come to this very hall, fearing the decisions I take might make the world take another wrong spin.
The little kids come to the sorting scared of future, but sometimes I’d give everything to be a student under the hat instead of the sorting hat in the stool.

Prompt: Breathless
And the winner is:
Mercury
Here is the winning entry:
The moment Avada Kedavra hit him, his body instantly became paralysed. He did not fall immediately. He went down with a grace that was almost beautiful. Almost heartbreaking.
The crowd watched his inevitable downfall and time stopped. His body arched and hit the ground. He could not feel it. His own destruction had come quietly. Even nature seemed to hold his breath.
The dark of the night was receding. Red eyes met the scarlet morning sun. Its beauty was more stunning than the curse had been. It took his final breath away.
Tom Riddle died with beauty in his eyes.
Please take a moment to congratulate the winners, and then go and enter the new challenge for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Trust Me
And the winner is:
Shabd
Here is the winning entry:
Trust me, the wind whispered. Let go, it tantalizingly teased, billowing around Harry, erupting in sudden gusts, only to subside as Harry shrank back in fear, unable to place his faith in a thing so unaffected from the woes of the real world.
I can’t, he shouted, his words lost in the swirling pool of matter. Words are such insignificant things, mocked the wind, so easily ignored, forgotten. Overcome your fear; trust me, it persisted.
Harry shook his head. I can’t, he repeated. He turned away, regretting his decision, but unable to change it. I cannot trust you, he whispered.

Prompt: Possession
And the winner is:
Reeses
Here is the winning entry:
Severus stared in wonderment at the thin stick he held in his quavering hands.
Mine, it’s all mine… he thought proudly, a tinge of fear tainting his excitement. Everything before he had owned had been taken by his parents, leaving him with unwanted, second-hand possessions. And now he finally owned something that was his and his alone.
I’ll never let anyone have it, he thought fiercely, clutching his wand tighter. Never.
As his wand shot green sparks out the end, he suddenly knew without doubt that this was one possession that would always be his. No one could change that.

Prompt: Red
And the winner is:
Reeses
Here is the winning drabble:
Draco, with silent tears streaming down his face, stared down at the one he loved. He stared at her blood, coursing down the side of her face from the last blow. He didn’t know who did it, but he knew it wasn’t him. No matter how big of a show he put on, he had never hated her. He could have never hurt her, physically at least.
Never.
And now she was dead.
But the thing that hurt him the most?
Her blood was just as red as his. There was not one drop of mud in Hermione Granger’s blood.
Please take a moment to congratulate these winners. Now go and enter the new challenge, for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!

Prompt: Green
For the second time in the history of this challenge, we have a tie. As it was a double points week, Slytherin killed. Please congratulate Shabd, for writing this drabble:
They say green is a serene color, but for me it is nerve-wracking. It reminds me of his eyes, which hold a thousand different shades of green in them, each burning with more hatred than the last.
Each time, I would promise myself to be cordial, but when those deadly green eyes locked with mine, all thoughts would rush out, leaving only the yearning of seeing those beautiful eyes burn with the intensity only I could produce.
They were truly his best feature, for they symbolized not only his destiny, but also his independence. His eyes held the real power.
And lookingformydraco, for writing this drabble:
Green, my life consists of it. Slytherin green is the least meaningful green in my life.
I’ve got money, what the American muggles call green. It is also believed that green is the color of life. I’ve certainly got life, especially after the demise of the Dark Lord.
But the real green in my life, the one that eats at me, is the emotion. It’s the emotion I feel whenever I see the man with the green eyes and lightning-shaped scar. He’s got more riches than I could ever hope to possess, and it has nothing to do with money.

Prompt: Caught
And the winner is:
Reeses
Here is the winning entry:
Ginny struggled furiously, pulling at the cords that bound her.
“Let me go!” she cried, glaring at them all. “You’ve won the war; he’s dead!”
Her breath caught in her throat. Ever since Harry’s death, the world had been chaos, the few good wizards in hiding. She’d been hiding too, up until two days ago.
One of the Death Eaters spoke up. “You know how long it took to catch her?” he asked his fellow followers. “Four whole months.”
Her stomach tightened as it always did when they mention her situation.
Caught, she thought, like a lion in a cage.
You know what to do by now, so go do it, for a chance to gain some glory, some house points and some galleons!
